About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Contracts Manager to join our team at Airswift. As a key member of our contracting team, you will be responsible for driving strategic contracting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a category management approach to drive strategic contracting
- Create annual procurement plans and manage the contract lifecycle from strategy to performance
- Lead post-award contract management, ensuring contractors meet performance targets
- Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to strategy development papers, invitations to tender, evaluation plans, recommendations to award, and negotiating plans to ensure alignment with company goals
- Conduct regular performance discussions with direct reports, fostering cross-functional cooperation and mentoring emerging leaders within the department
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in managing maintenance contracts within the Oil & Gas Industry
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managing large EPC contracts
- Experience in MRP implementations and management, using different MRP systems as deterministic / reorder point, etc.
- Vast experience in the contracts domain within the Oil & Gas industry
- Proficient in Oil & Gas Supply Chain Management within the UKCS's regulatory frameworks, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and contracting practices
- Demonstrates strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields. Master's degree is preferred
- Certified in CIPS, CSCP, PMP, CPSM etc. are preferred
