Job Title: Maintenance and Reliability Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Reliability Manager to join our team at Orion Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance and reduce downtime.
- Manage and maintain the Work Management and Execution processes within our Maintenance Management System (Maximo).
- Define, implement, and analyze work management and maintenance efficiency KPIs based on industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain maintenance plans and execute them on the asset.
- Ensure the offshore delivery of Asset Integrity and Fabric Maintenance of the asset, ensuring internal service provision to the assets.
- Develop the maintenance strategy and work with the functional organization to ensure it is fit for purpose and aligns with wider Production Operations priorities.
- Assess and budget for all activities relating to Asset Maintenance and Asset Integrity and ensure the team is appropriately resourced to deliver effectively against the strategies.
- Lead and enhance the development of Maintenance methodologies and strive for consistent, high levels of performance and delivery to production operations.
- Ensure backlog and fore log levels are risk assessed and managed within acceptable standards.
- Play an active role in delivering safe operations and annual WP&B.
- Ensure reliability studies (RAM/FMECA etc) are available, considered, and applied to develop a robust and assessed reliability process to enhance asset performance.
- Contract ownership of Fabric Maintenance and other related contracts as specified.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable work experience in a similar role is essential.
- Experience of working with an ageing asset.
- Maintenance experience.
- Planning experience (offshore).
- Experience of managing third-party contracts and vendors.
- Offshore experience ideally gained in roles such as MITL / Superintendent.
- Maintenance management systems experience – Maximo preferred but not essential.
- Experience of developing, implementing, and achieving success with maintenance KPIs / maintenance strategy.
