Field Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Midco Print & Packaging. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the West Midlands and Wales area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a field sales or business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, with a generous mileage allowance provided
