Ward Lead

The successful candidate will be qualified as an RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin and have a proven track record of managing a team effectively. They will be able to provide clinical supervision, appraisal, and CPD requirements for all members of the nursing team, as well as address shortfalls in development and manage training and performance issues.
This permanent full-time role offers a highly competitive annual salary of £50,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including access to new schemes, payment of NMC fees, and enhanced maternity pay.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the ward and resources effectively
- Have full oversight of the nursing staff rota
- Provide clinical supervision, appraisal, and CPD requirements

- Recognize and reward positive performance
