Job Overview:
The People Pod is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Kent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our business operations.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the window and door repair and replacement industry, as well as experience working with the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES AND OTHER KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform our business development strategy
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
