About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Bank Receptionist to join our team at Brandon Centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling administrative tasks
- Providing information and support to clients and visitors, including referrals to our services
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including client information and service delivery
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- GCSE A-C in English and Maths or equivalent
- Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
- IT literacy, including experience with Microsoft packages
