Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries, directing clients to relevant services and staff as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Support the Operations Manager with health and safety checks, fire marshal training, and other duties as required.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to service improvement, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • GCSE A-C in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Relevant administrative qualifications desirable.
  • Experience working with young people and clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent ICT skills, including databases, word processing, email, and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
