Bank Receptionist

Your Role
As a Bank Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a professional and welcoming experience. Your day-to-day will involve greeting visitors, notifying staff of their arrival, and ensuring visitors sign in and out.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide a professional, welcoming reception experience
- Greet visitors and notify the appropriate member of staff of their arrival
- Ensure visitors sign in and out, and that patients leaving and returning are recorded appropriately
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls and take messages where appropriate
- Sort and distribute post
- Assist with general office duties as required
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy
- Promote the safety and security of all site users and ensure all staff comply with security protocols

You
We are looking for an experienced receptionist/administrator who is organised, naturally helpful, and a good multi-tasker. You should be computer literate, knowledgeable of telephone systems, and polite, friendly, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- GCSE Maths and English qualified, with a good level of numeracy and literacy
- Diligent and accurate, with an eye for detail and an understanding of confidentiality
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
