About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our team at Brandon Centre. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and directing them to relevant services.
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring a tidy and well-stocked environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Support the Operations Manager with health and safety checks and other tasks as required.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • GCSE A-C in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a public-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft packages.
