About the Role

Cygnet is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Receptionist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming experience for our visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors and clients
  • Manage the reception area, including answering and transferring calls, sorting and distributing mail, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, as required
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of visitor and client information
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or administrative setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
