About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education in England, Scotland, and Wales.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with pupils with complex needs, providing psychological assessment and intervention, guidance for education teams, and supervision to agreed members of the clinical team.

As an Educational Psychologist with our organization, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working together to provide high-quality support to schools and educational settings.

The successful candidate will have a doctoral or master's professional qualification in Educational Psychology, registration with the HCPC, and experience of working with people with complex SEN needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within the schools
  • Offer guidance for education teams on strategies to support pupils' learning and well-being
  • Supervise agreed members of the clinical team to ensure they receive the necessary support to deliver high-quality services
  • Communicate effectively with families, carers, and specialist agencies to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting pupils' needs
