About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our multi-disciplinary team as a Child Development Specialist. As an Educational Psychologist, you will work closely with schools to support the development of therapeutic environments and implement Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments and interventions for pupils within the schools
  • Provide supervision to agreed members of the clinical team
  • Engage in professional development training for all staff

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a doctoral or master's professional qualification in Educational Psychology. You should also be creative and passionate about improving outcomes for pupils.
