Job Overview

Newbury Racecourse is an award-winning sporting venue hosting c. 30 racedays per year, plus a wide range of other exciting non-racing events. We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our Sales Team to maximise revenue and profitability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to and converting new Conference & Events leads, producing proposals for new enquiries, attending client entertaining/show rounds, and coordinating event planning. They will also work closely with our Operations team to ensure all information for events is recorded and shared appropriately.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a proven track record in sales and event management. If you have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a flair for customer interaction, and motivation and enthusiasm for the position, we want to hear from you
