Stryker UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated and driven Medical Sales Professional to join our Trauma division as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our Trauma portfolio and providing exceptional customer support to surgeons and theatre staff.

The ideal candidate will have a science or business-based educational background and working experience in sales. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple customer relationships in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Stryker's Trauma portfolio
  • Provide product support to surgeons and theatre staff during Trauma procedures
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with sales colleagues to introduce new or additional Stryker products and support
  • Record customer details and maintain a basic business plan highlighting daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
  • Conduct price negotiations, produce sales quotations, and manage contracts to maximise Stryker profitability
