Job Summary

The Customer Support Coordinator role at Rolls-Royce Power Systems in Heybridge involves providing exceptional support to a portfolio of customers and internal staff. The ideal candidate will possess proficient MS Office skills, with experience in ERP systems or similar, and engine diagnostics software. On-the-job training will be provided for relevant business IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders and deliver customer order acknowledgements for assigned customers.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and handle day-to-day queries around orders, products, and returns.
  • Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Liaise with Company Partners for all service enquiries and orders.
  • Monitor customer and supplier financial accounts.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for Services Support staff and visiting customers.
  • Offer technical support for company-supported products via telephone and email.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office software and experience with ERP systems or similar, and engine diagnostics software.
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Clean full UK Driving Licence.

Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
