Android Software Engineer

About this role:

This position involves:

  • Product development in Android Kotlin supporting customer-facing and platform features
  • System architecture design, implementation, and testing
  • Working in an Agile environment with attention to detail, quality, and continuous integration
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Opportunities to develop different parts of our product and contribute to a positive and healthy engineering environment

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test Android applications using Kotlin
  • Collaborate with the product team to define and deliver product features
  • Work closely with the backend team to integrate features and ensure seamless user experience
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our codebase
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android and Kotlin developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Android development and Kotlin programming language
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies and frameworks quickly
