We are seeking a highly skilled Android Software Engineer to join our team at Leap29. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative Android applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop high-quality Android applications that integrate seamlessly with existing APIs and external peripherals.
  2. Modify and optimize Android software to improve performance, fix errors, and adapt to new hardware.
  3. Lead system testing and validation procedures to ensure the highest level of quality.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software programming and documentation.
  5. Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems.
  6. Work closely with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in Android Java or Kotlin development.
  2. Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of working with embedded systems and knowledge of the software development life cycle.
  4. Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of Leap29.
  5. Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
  6. Creativity and independent thinking are highly valued in this role.
