Porsche Retail Group - General Sales Manager

We are seeking an exceptional sales leader to join our prestigious Porsche Centre Reading as a General Sales Manager. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Department and driving business success while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Job Overview:

The General Sales Manager will report directly to the Centre Principal and lead a team of up to 20 employees in achieving departmental objectives. This includes overseeing both new and pre-owned vehicle sales departments.

About You:
  • You will have extensive experience in a similar role within the franchised automotive industry, with a proven track record of managing large teams.
  • You possess excellent relationship-building skills, able to collaborate effectively across functions to achieve results.
  • Knowledge of industry-wide processes and regulations is essential, with a focus on maintaining FCA regulatory compliance.
  • A genuine passion for the motor retail industry and a deep understanding of the Porsche brand and product are required.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
