London, Greater London, United Kingdom eRecruitSmart Full time
About Us

eRecruitSmart is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the automotive industry. We partner with top-tier companies to find exceptional talent, and we're excited to introduce this opportunity to join one of the world's most iconic brands as a Used Car Buyer.

Job Description

This key role involves working within the Group Sales Operations Department, reporting to the Used Car Manager, to ensure the company achieves its pre-owned targets. You will be based predominately at one of our Porsche Centres in the Southeast, leveraging your expertise to optimize stock levels, maximize stock turn, model mix, and price profile, while mitigating ageing units.

You'll have access to data on market trends and customer demands, allowing you to target your stock purchases from an established network of motor trade relationships. This position requires the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet objectives set by management.

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role for another franchised automotive retailer or group.
  • A proven track record of building relationships to purchase used cars stock for a Dealer Group.
  • Based in the South East/London area, but comfortable traveling for business purposes.
  • A passion for the motor retail industry and a solid understanding of the Porsche brand and product.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary: £80,000 per annum (OTE), reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding exceptional talent.
  • The opportunity to participate in the VW Group Employee Car Ownership Scheme.
  • An attractive benefits package, including 35 days holiday per year, private medical insurance, life assurance, DC pension scheme, and employee assistance program.
About Our Company

We're headquartered in Reading alongside Porsche Cars GB Ltd, operating five Retail Porsche Centres, two satellite Service Centres, and a Trade Parts Distribution Centre in and around London. Our journey embodies the Porsche DNA: a love of sports cars and a passion for excellence, challenging the status quo.
