About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Radiology team as a Clerical Officer. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Radiology Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support to the Radiology Department, including reception duties and appointment booking.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and data, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and colleagues, providing a professional and welcoming service.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, mail distribution, and report preparation.

Person Specification
- GCSE English and Maths Grades 9-3 (A*-D) or equivalent.
- Good basic IT and keyboard skills.
