Administrative Support Officer

Job Title: Administrative Support Officer - Student Recruitment
Are you an organised and efficient individual with excellent communication skills? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support Officer to join our Student Recruitment Team within the Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment department at the University of Huddersfield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an efficient and effective enquiry and admissions service for applicants and enquirers for courses with specific professional body requirements
- Work with a range of stakeholders to arrange interviews and ensure that required checks are completed as part of admissions processes
- Combine your experience of providing excellent customer service and your knowledge of administrative processes in relation to the enquirer and applicant lifecycle
- GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent, and excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
We Offer:
- An excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties)
- A fixed term appointment for 12 months, however, as the post is linked to a maternity absence the end date is subject to change
