Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative systems and processes to perfection to help our Home Manager effectively run services.
  • Maintaining impeccable financial records and preparing reports.
  • Administering the Time & Attendance system and processing payroll and HR information.

Requirements:

  • IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL.
  • Admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office.
  • Great Microsoft Office, time management, and organisational skills.
