Financial Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Bupa Global. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our care homes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, and maintaining a well-organized filing system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions, including invoicing, cash allocation, and banking.
- Liaise with Local and Health Authorities to ensure accurate information and payment.
- Safeguard monies on behalf of residents and funds raised by the home, recording and reconciling transactions to bank statements.
- Ensure effective administration of purchasing and supplier payments, management of petty cash transactions, and replenishment.
- Process employee-related information and payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Provide clerical support to the Home Manager, including letter writing, memos, and local management reporting.
- Maintain a well-ordered filing system, stationery replenishment, and personnel file management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Financial Administrator with excellent customer service skills.
- Friendly manner both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
