About the role
As a Customer Service Associate at Tesco, you will play a vital part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Our colleagues are passionate about delivering great service, and we're looking for someone who shares this passion to join our team.

Availability Window
We require our associates to be available during the following times: Sundays from 17:45 to 22:00, Mondays from 17:45 to 22:00, Tuesdays from 17:45 to 22:00, and Fridays from 17:45 to 22:00.
We offer a competitive rate of pay starting from £12.02 per hour, increasing to £13.15 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
Our commitment to providing a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week ensures that our colleagues can plan their schedules with confidence. However, if you prefer to work fewer hours (a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too.
We schedule shifts within our availability windows, giving you three weeks' notice of your scheduled hours. If your availability matches closely but not exactly to our advertised times, we encourage you to still apply. This flexibility is essential to supporting our colleagues' needs and promoting a positive work-life balance.

You will be responsible for

Being knowledgeable about your store's performance, understanding your role, and contributing to driving sales, reducing waste, and delivering profit
Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach our customers in excellent condition

At times, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.

You will need
