Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retirement development, ensuring that residents receive exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the lodge, including staff supervision and maintenance coordination
* Develop and implement initiatives to improve resident satisfaction and engagement
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in administration or customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
