Teaching Assistant for Students with Disabilities:
Qualiteach Ltd invites applications from dedicated and compassionate teaching assistants who are eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, enhancing their academic and social experiences, and contributing to their overall growth and development.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Offer personalized support to students with SEND, facilitating their participation in learning activities and helping them achieve their academic goals.
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs), tailored to each student's unique needs and circumstances.
* Provide necessary support with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility assistance, and sensory integration activities, as required by students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes social interaction among students.
* Communicate effectively with teachers, support staff, parents/carers, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support services for students with SEND.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress, observations, and interventions, adhering to school policies and procedures.
