
Teaching Assistant Vacancy for SEN Students

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support our students in their learning journey. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support students with special educational needs in their learning and development within the classroom environment.
- To assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored lessons that cater to individual learning styles and requirements.
- To help create a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere that fosters social interaction and academic achievement.
- To work closely with SEN coordinators to develop effective strategies for supporting students with additional needs.
- To participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in SEN education.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum based on experience.
