Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Year 1 Teaching Assistant to provide support to pupils through small group work and targeted interventions in a Primary School located in Tamworth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Assist students with their learning needs, including small group work and one-to-one support

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 or higher qualification in Childcare or Education
  • Experience working with children aged 5-11
