Customer Service Delivery Station Liaison

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Customer Service Delivery Station Liaison team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing delivery issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-tier customer service by resolving delivery concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams and Delivery Service Partners to ensure successful re-delivery attempts.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, confirming crucial delivery details and preventing further delays.
  • Proactively identify and address potential delivery issues to minimize customer inconvenience.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on active listening and understanding customer needs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Intermediate computer literacy.
