A prominent nationwide Financial Advisory firm is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team. As Financial Services Administrator, you will provide administration support for both the Financial Advisers and Directors of the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collating costs & charges information for annual review purposes.
  • To telephone clients when required.
  • To be the first contact for answering and directing telephone calls.
  • Opening of post in morning & allocation to staff.

This role offers a great salary and a fantastic working environment, with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We are looking for someone with around 1+ years of experience working within a Financial Advisory firm as an Administrator or PA. However, we are also willing to consider Administrators who have previous experience working in the Financial Services sector.
