Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Administrator for Independent Financial Advisers. This role involves providing administrative support to financial advisors, handling client communication, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role within a financial advisory firm and be familiar with investments, pensions, life assurance, health insurance, and personal tax. The ideal candidate will be based in Sheffield and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business applications and maintain a diary system.
  • Liaise with clients and product providers.
  • Ensure AML compliance and provide support with client valuations and document completion.
  • Coordinate promotions and client mailers.
  • Document scanning and taking calls from product providers and clients.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role within a financial advisory firm.
  • Based in Sheffield.
  • Familiarity with investments, pensions, life assurance, health insurance, and personal tax.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in financial planning and wealth management. The role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
