About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Kennedy Pearce Consulting Careers. This is a full-time temporary position that requires strong accounting and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales ledger function, including raising invoices, updating the invoice schedule, and completing credit control tasks.
  • Report on cash collection targets and submit weekly aged debtor reports for management review.
  • Oversee the purchase ledger function, recording supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare weekly payment run schedules and set up BACS payments for approval.
  • Reconcile main bank accounts on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor weekly cash flow forecasts and prepare as needed.
  • Review expense claims against company policy and approve or reject as necessary.
  • Manage the company payment card system, chasing and posting receipts promptly.
  • Account for subscriptions payments and refunds, investigating membership queries and reconciling suspense accounts.
  • Assist with monthly inter-company recharges and respond to internal queries from across the business.
