Strategic Workforce Planner

Uxbridge College is a successful and ambitious college group, which brings together three colleges across five vibrant campuses. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Workforce Planner - Enhanced Skills and Employability.
As a Strategic Workforce Planner, you will support the Head of Employability and Assistant Director for Enhanced Skills and Employability in achieving our targets for work experience, industry placements, and employability. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic plans that promote student employability, focusing on labor market analysis, skills gap identification, and program development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce development, with experience in developing and implementing successful initiatives. You should possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary for this position is £37,500 - £42,500 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a pension scheme, life assurance, and access to staff wellbeing programs.
