Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance feedback and corrective actions. The successful candidate will also assist with workforce planning initiatives, maintain accurate employee data, and generate routine analytics reports. Additionally, they will serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. Collaborating with the Health & Safety team, the chosen candidate will promote safety programs and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards. They will also support the delivery of special HR projects to meet business needs and ensure timely completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic use of MS Project. A Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or HR management is preferred. Essential HR experience in any sector is required, and a valid UK driving license is essential for travel throughout Great Britain.

Benefits
This role offers a remote working arrangement, with occasional visits to our Stapeley office. The successful candidate will be required to commute to the office and support the business across the UK through domestic travel.
