Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to join our team. This role involves supporting the IT infrastructure and systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing new technologies. The successful candidate will also provide training and support to staff and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our organization's IT systems.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Technology Implementation: Assist in the integration of new technologies, minimizing disruption to our services.
- Training and Support: Deliver high-quality training and support to staff and students, enhancing their technical skills.
Requirements
- Relevant Qualifications or Experience: Possess relevant IT qualifications or experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in network infrastructure.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
- Teamwork and Independence: Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Benefits
This permanent position offers an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will work 37 hours per week, with two vacancies available.
