Crystal Care Solutions are a specialist, independent social care organization who operate a number of residential and supported living units across the region.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the HR Team at Crystal Care Solutions team for a HR Officer who wants to support our team in their mission to transform the lives of children and young people. The role is maternity cover on a temporary basis of up to 12 months.

**Key Duties**
- Assist the wider HR Team in research and use market intelligence to aid development of innovative attraction and retention methods, including completing HIG Chats, Exit Interviews, attendance at Team Meetings, etc.
- To support the Head of HR in providing HR support to the company on employee relations cases from start to finish.
- To arrange, monitor and co-ordinate all mandatory and non-mandatory training courses for the Company, including but not limited to Educare, GMAP, PPR, Fire, First Aid courses etc.
- To update the online system with training & qualifications certificates and timely updating and maintenance of Sage HR to ensure accurate training records.
- To complete the monthly creation of reports including HR figures, training reports and NVQ progression updates
- Maintaining employee trackers for NVQ, bonus, training, probation and contracts
- Sign off of files to ensure safer recruitment compliance
- To chase probationary reviews including enrolling employees on to NVQ where required.
- Completion of the First Aid Checklist and COSHH.
- Organisation and holding of Fact Find training with any leads as required.
This is a hybrid working role with a mixture of working from home, Head Office in Nantwich and travel to our Residential Children's/Supported Living Homes spread across Stoke, Wigan, Crewe, North Wales, Stockport, Oswestry and Nantwich.
**About You**
As HR Officer you’ll need to be:
- Committed to providing a safe environment for the young people in our care
- Good knowledge of Employee Relations and be able to make independent decisions to support Managers
- Good communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
- A good team player and achieve positive outcomes
- Have attention to detail ensuring correct information is recorded
- Committed to your own training and development
- Able to adapt working practice to the ethos of the Company
- Have resilience, motivation and determination
- Can adapt to challenging and changing situations
- Inclusive to all, promoting equality and diversity
- Confident in using Microsoft Office, Social Media and Applicant Tracking platforms (i.e. Indeed)
- Full UK driving licence and a car available for work use with business insurance
**Desirable Attributes**
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Experience of working within the Health & Social Care sector
- Knowledge of current legislation relevant to Children’s Homes
- Experience of Sage HR
