This opportunity involves working alongside dynamic and supportive school teams in a variety of settings, delivering high-quality learning experiences that cater to the needs of diverse students. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating engaging and interactive learning environments, promoting social and emotional development, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans for students.
  2. Assist with classroom management, maintaining a safe and organized learning environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.
  3. Support students with special educational needs, adapting teaching strategies to meet their individual requirements.
  4. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and progress tracking.

Requirements
  • A full and relevant childcare qualification (desired but not necessary for some roles).
