Teaching Personnel: Enhancing Education in North Liverpool

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Professionals to join our team in secondary schools across North Liverpool. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students of all abilities, including those with additional needs.

About the Role:
  • Supporting Student Progress: Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons and help students overcome learning barriers.
  • Adapting to Needs: Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of each student, ensuring they receive the support required to thrive academically and personally.

Requirements:

  • A passion for education and commitment to supporting students' well-being and academic growth.
  • Previous experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting (not essential but desirable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, teachers, and parents.
