Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement content marketing strategies across the full funnel, focusing on buyer personas and creating tailored content for each customer journey.
- Take charge of content-driven pipeline delivery, managing an editorial calendar, producing various content formats, and continuously optimizing based on performance.
- Collaborate with the digital team to create top-tier website content, drive conversions, and execute ongoing SEO improvements to boost traffic and MQL volume.
- Lead a small content team, support demand generation campaigns, and oversee quarterly content planning to align with broader marketing goals.
- Proven experience in creating and executing integrated content marketing plans focused on inbound lead generation and meeting business KPIs.
- Strong writing abilities, an editorial mindset, hands-on experience with SEO, web metrics, and familiarity with digital tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, influence stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize ROI.
- A self-starter with high energy, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing cross-functional teams across time zones.
