Electrical Bias Training Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Training Specialist to join our MTC Training Team in Coventry.

This role involves delivering high-quality electrical bias training to meet Awarding Body requirements and Apprenticeship Standard Duties/KSBs. The successful candidate will also support the delivery of topics aligned with their expertise to ensure a smooth learning experience for our apprentices.

The ideal candidate will have industry-related qualifications, such as a Level 3 Apprenticeship, HNC, or Degree, and Functional Skills Level 2 / GCSE's in Maths and English grade C or above.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective electrical bias training to apprentices at levels 2, 3, and HNC.
  • Support the development of independent learners and enable apprentice progression towards successful completion of both the level 3 apprenticeship & HNC programmes.
  • Manage physical learning resources and teaching spaces to ensure the training and assessment of learners is achieved within guided learning hours.
Person Specification:
  • Essential:
    • Industry-related qualifications such as L3 Apprenticeship, HNC, HND or Degree.
    • Functional Skills Level 2 / GCSE's in Maths and English grade C or above.
  • Desirable:
    • CAVA or equivalent assessor qualifications.
    • Recognised Training/Teaching Qualification.
    • Internal Quality Assurance qualifications.
