Electrical Bias Training Specialist

We are seeking an Electrical Bias Training Specialist to join our team at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC). As an Electrical Bias Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical bias training to satisfy Awarding Body requirements and Apprenticeship Standard Duties/KSBs.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of our apprenticeship programs. As an Electrical Bias Training Specialist, you will work closely with our training team to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our apprentices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality electrical bias training to satisfy Awarding Body requirements and Apprenticeship Standard Duties/KSBs.
  • Support the delivery of topics which you have knowledge or experience in to support the smooth delivery of learning to people accessing MTC Training provision.
  • Develop softer skills which are embedded within apprenticeships, including providing regular constructive feedback to learners and recording the impact of their own learning on a regular basis.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate who is/has:

  • Industry-related qualifications such as L3 Apprenticeship, HNC, HND, or Degree.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 / GCSE's in Maths and English grade C or above.
