About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Play Team Leader to join our team at Scotland Yard Adventure Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and delivering a range of inclusive, recreational and adventure play-based activities for children and young people with additional support needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of play practitioners to create innovative and engaging activities that support children and young people with additional support needs.
  • Ensure all relevant compliance and service administrative tasks are completed.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement new play-based activities and programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure high-quality play-based activities are delivered.
