Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping pupils with additional needs reach their full potential. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support and assistance to pupils, enabling them to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life.

Salary:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £475-£500 per week, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the educational journey of our pupils.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you will need:
• A good standard of Literacy and Numeracy
• Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN)
• The ability to develop positive relationships with pupils and use various strategies to meet individual needs
• Enthusiasm, confidence, and the ability to use your initiative
