About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Romford, East London. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers with lesson planning and delivery, providing 1-1 support for children with SEN, and adapting learning materials and resources to meet the needs of every child in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and deliver engaging lessons.
  • Support the implementation of the curriculum and assist with marking and feedback.
  • Provide additional support to students with SEN and special needs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant undergraduate degree.
  • Desirable: experience working in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
