About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated GCSE SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at an Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in Havering. The successful candidate will have experience supporting young learners with special educational needs and be passionate about enhancing their academic journey.

Responsibilities: As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to provide individualized support and promote inclusivity in the classroom. You will also contribute to the development of lesson plans, resources, and strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. You must be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and work collaboratively as part of a team. Relevant experience working with children with special educational needs is essential, as is a good understanding of child development principles and teaching methods.
