Job Title: SEN Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support to pupils with special educational needs within the classroom.

About the Role:
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their academic and social development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student engagement and motivation.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A patient and empathetic approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality support to students.
Salary Range:

£25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
