SEN Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated GCSE SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in Havering. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with students, enhance your SEN experience, and play a pivotal role in their academic journey.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small group support (up to groups of 5) for SEN students.
- Lead targeted interventions to boost learning in core subjects.
- Collaborate with teachers and professionals to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Support students inside and outside the classroom, ensuring their holistic development.
- 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university.
- Confidence with teaching core subjects
- Previous experience working with SEN students is essential.
- Confident and supportive when managing behavioural issues.
- Competitive pay: £90-£100 per day (via PAYE)
