About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone in Henley on Thames.

Salary: £12.34 per hour, with additional pay for evening and weekend hours.

Hours: 20 hours per week.

Job Description:

As a Care and Support Assistant, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, enabling them to live their later years well. Your duties will include delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, supporting residents with activities, booking appointments, and assisting with shopping.

About You:

  • You will be a warm and friendly individual with experience working in care or support environments.
  • You will have a passion for improving the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You will be driven to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • You may hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, although consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
