Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled receptionist to join our team at the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. This is a part-time position, with 15 hours per week available.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include checking patients in on GPAS, dealing with enquiries from patients and staff, and maintaining good communication with other departments.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality support service to our patients. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
