About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting students' communication skills. As a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our Speech and Language Therapists to plan and deliver therapy sessions, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Speech and Language Therapists in planning and delivering therapy sessions.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to therapists.
  • Help students generalise new skills in various settings.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist in creating resources and activities to support speech and language skills.
  • Provide support during assessments and evaluations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children, particularly in speech therapy, child development, or special educational needs. A relevant qualification in child development, education, or speech and language therapy assistance is preferred but not essential.
